Metal clanking sound Coming from intake Manifold area

So I have a 07 335i coupe w 102k miles and today I replaced my low pressure fuel sensor. Following that I am getting this very odd noise coming from what seems like inside the intake manifold or a nearby area. It’s like a high pitched noise and sounds like a coin is like getting blown around in there it’s weird and it comes and goes. I’ll attach a video which you can hear it for the first 5-10 seconds then it disappears.

I also document the oil lying in the holes near coils and Injectors which is also very odd. If somebody can give me some insight on where that oil may be coming from that would be great. Seems like there’s only oil in the cyl 2-5 area.

Replaced:
Injectors, crankshaft sensor, low pressure fuel sensor

Modifications:
FMIC, Chargepipe w/BOV, DCI

Here’s a link to the video idk how to upload one on here lol
