I have a set of 15mm H&R spacers (without extended bolts). They were used for less than a month... and I'm obsessive about keeping my stuff clean, so when I decided to sell them, I cleaned them thoroughly and painted them.

you should get longer bolts, but they're easy to find on Ebay and don't cost much. I'm looking for $48, including shipping

Stupid question but will 15mm spacers make my rear wheels stick out further then 20mm spacers?

They won't stick out as far as 20mm, but with spacers that big - many people end up rubbing on something that wide. But, every car is different; depending on the wheels' offset, which tires you're running, etc.
