DSC/DBC/FTM/CC Engine Fault... Please Help!

***Tried searching but didn't get anything definitive so Posting in desperation***

Ok guys so I was driving the car and the DSC/DBC/FTM monitor has been on for some time which I consulted the BMW Service Advisor and he said its ok just ignore it as I was out of warranty but still have a service contract with them. So now the panel is showing the following (attached file as link not working):

And worst part is the RPM wont go above 1.5... I went today to look for new tyres and the guys suggested the front left tyre is not straight. Any suggestions what I should look for or what it could be?
