You can thank our bimbo-dicker Bill Clinton for signing a NAFTA bill which allowed the US agri-mega corps to pretty much destroy Mexican farmers businesses. Yes the Mexican farmers have LARGE families originally to work the farm lands but with the farms in disarray they have to find any form of subsistence available (ie.. cross the border) and I guess they haven't lost the habit of having large families yet. I wouldn't fully blame them.. you'd probably do the same in their place.

Mexico's religious distribution.
Religions: Roman Catholic 82.7%, Pentecostal 1.6%, Jehovah's Witnesses 1.4%, other Evangelical Churches 5%, other 1.9%, none 4.7%, unspecified 2.7% (2010 est.) We have a (caucasian) Catholic family up the street. 5 kids. I couldn't help buy think of Monty Python.

I went to a board meeting, and we were having a presentation from local Health Dept. I noticed it was a lady I had worked with several years ago on a county-wide notification system.
She got up and went on a totally unemotional description of the projection that the county would be 50+% Hispanic by 2050 due to "the much higher Hispanic female fertility rates" so she needed our small enclave to fill out a health questionnaire so they could plan for the future.
