Shouldn't I have DRLs?
Hi guys,
Just purchased my first BMW, and I love it! Its a 2011 320d Efficient Dynamics LCI. Question is, I thought all cars sold in the EU after 2011 were required to have DRLs? I have been doing some searching on here, and some people have a setting to turn them on or off, which I don't have. As a matter of fact, some options such as the lock and unlock lights don't work... The little padlock symbol with off or the dipped headlight option doesn't make any difference to coming home lights. Any help would be great. Thanks |

You can get into the setting using the turning signal stalk, just put your key in and don't start the car up but just push the start button and go through the setting/menus on the dash.

If its e90/91 with halogens, then you do not have drls.
If you turn on drls, it will turn on headlights during the day.
