Will it rub?

Hello, I have a staggered setup on my E90 8 inch 235 front and 9 inch 265 rear.
Some of you have recommended me to put spacers on here and get a more agressive look to the car. The tires still sink in from the wheel arches quite a bit and especially in the rear. Im considering 15mm spacers rear and maybe 10mm front.
If i get the rim flush with the wheel arch will it rub then? Or will the wheel in fact move inwards when the suspension is pressed in?
I attached a few photos to illustrate.
The first 3 pictures are from the rear and last 3 front.

You shouldn't rub stock. Maybe a little dropped. I'm running 245 in front and 275 rear with rolled fenders no rubbing

I have an 06 330xi with staggered 8.5 in the front and ten in the rear on m359 AG 19s with no rub. I run a 275 in the back and 235 front and it rides fine. I'd be more concerned with the front with the clearances you have between the inside of your wheel and the bottom of the coil over more than anything

Garage List
15 rear, 12 front alter the dynamics of the car. Go 15 front, 12 rear if any at all.

Spacers: weak link, source of shimmies and shakes, alter geometry, alter famous BMW "road feel". But try it.

Really? Won't 15 front be a bit to aggressive? Looks like that will move the wheel out more than flush with the fender?

with that wheel gap, you'll have to put in 500-lbs of sandbags in the trunk and then go over a dip on the freeway to make it rub. lol
