WTB: 09 335i M-Sport E92

I'm a little picky but looking for a 2009+ 335i E92 or possibly E90/E93 if the deal is right.

Heavily favor the M-Sport package, but Regular Sport could work.
Must have Navi, Premi, Cold Weather.
Auto and X-Drive preferred.

Mileage under 60K

Colors: Montego/LeMans Blue Ext. on Oyster, Saddle, or Black Int.
or White on Black, Oyster

I've found a few for sale at used car dealers but I hate to pay their markup and play their games in general. It seems the same few seedy dealers in the NY/NJ area scoop all of the 09/10 335 M-Sports at the auctions and I want to avoid these places at all costs, even if it means carpooling for a while.

Reason for buying: My last 335i was totaled a few weeks ago, but I am finished settling with my insurance so looking to get into something new asap. Hopefully this will push someone who's on the fence into selling to me and not to a dealer! I'm located in NYC, but am willing to travel. Thanks for any replies.
