Problem with fuel injector
Hi
Wonder if any one can help. I have a 2005 320d e90 auto. Iv jus has a replacement turbo, after replacing the garage is telling me my injectors have burned out, therefore need replacing. I bought 4 injectors of eBay which have come off a 2006 320d e90. The garage has put them in but car isn't starting. I'm now told the codes are different on the replacement injectors, therefore won't work. Is this possible? |

Yes, it can. Every part you change, has to have same code as the part that has gone bad. For some parts there might be 2 different codes, because factory made some mods to the parts. Check realoem.com page for injector's code, if it doesn't match then look for those that do.

Can I also ask, do i have to code the injectors to my car, because I'm told the injectors need to be "coded in"? |
