ok guys need some advice. Was installing a new FMIC, found oil in the coupling lines. Turbo seals are dead, still under the extended warranty timeline of 82 (67K miles currently).

I don't know that it was a failed wastegate or not, which according to everything I've read on the warranty says that's whats covered. I am going to call BMW AG tomorrow and start seeing what the process is. Anyone else have this issue or recommend anyone to talk to dealer or indy?

lets move it here to keep it going. I'm down for a phoenix or tucson meet up, Phoenix is easy with pavilions going on. We could all plan to meet one saturday and then go from there?

Id be down based on the date. Im down in Tucson but would head to the Pavs in my old car everynow and then. But I'm just stock for the time being.

damn 36 pages. we should start a new meet up thread for each month.

From my build thread a few of you wanted to meet up and talk cars, mods, etc. How about I organize an N54 day at GoodSpeed on a Saturday.

If interest Ill start a new thread in this section.
Possibly do a sign up for a time slot to dyno your car. Modded or just baselines, healthcheck all good stuff.

Think 4 of you would be down?

I would definitely do a dyno run when i have downpipes and FMIC installed which should be in December. What time are you thinking to be there on Saturday?

What does a few dyno pulls normal run? I could be down. Also down to meet and chat it up though.

Also another bump for how awesome Chapman Camelback is, got my bank 2 injectors replaced today under warranty as well. Always go to Andy super helpful guy.

I have the similar situation with similar mileage. FBO now, not sure if I should take everything off and try and warranty.

Not sure, I also live by the end location (5 min from there). There is a big parking lot close by, I think it's lifetime fitness..
