the price of those from apple store is 649 cad or 759 cad depending on the memory plus tax

Ha, Reup price at Verizon is $199 US

Need to wait for iPhone5 comin out in a month or so anyway...

Yeah but that Verizon iPhone turns into a paper weight the minute you step outside the US
(almost) the rest of the world uses GSM not CDMA
