Software update - what units were "refreshed"?

I just picked up my vehilce from the dealer after bringing it in for the steering wheel lock error. The Service Manager told me they've put new software on my vehicle which took them 4 hours. I now have the new font on the ODO meter and new/better looking I-drive screens. Does anybody know what units on the vehicle were "refreshed" with software since it took 4 hours? Car seems to operate a bit smoother and I do like the new I-drive software!

Here is the text of the invoice - (warranty at no charge):

CAS FAULT A116 CRITICAL STATUS STEERING LOCK
PROGRAMMED CAS AND COMPLETE VEHICLE.
GW CODE 120059152 DIAG CODE D6100-CAS00000-90-215
