Buyer beware!Valencia Bmw damaged my cooling system!

I went into Valencia Bmw for routine maintenance on an 08 E90 and came out with coolant leaking all over the place!
Called the Service manager by the name of Bryan and he was as arrogant as a service advisor by the name of Gilbert!
My theory is that they pressure tested my cooling system,and the knucklehead working on my care overpressurized the system,damaging my hoses inthe process!

I hate BMW Valencia... I will never take my car there. Everybody there are d!cks and ass-holes. I go to Pacific BMW.

wow that sucks man, I've always gone to century west and center BMW with no problems. Does your car have any CPO or extended warranty? I would call again on Monday to see if there's another manager that can help you out.. Good Luck

I filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair!
