Couple of questions about mirrors and steering wheel paddles
Hello everybody,
I spend about 5 hours of reading this forum before registering 5min ago and I didn't find answers to my questions so hopefully I'll get the answers here. I hope I'm in the right section. 1. How do I get mirrors to fold when closing doors or holding the lock button? 2. Is it possible to code shift paddles to work this way: pulling the left paddle -> down shift, pulling the right paddle -> shift up (normal function). I hate the original system where both paddles shift up and when pushing they shift down. 3. Is it possible to fit BMW M3 E90 steering wheel with paddle shitfs to E90 330D 2009 ? I hope my questions are clear enough to get clear answers. Thank you very much! J from Finland. |

1. You'd have to get your car coded to unlock the folding mirror feature.
2. I heard you can hardwire it to accept those commands. Left = downshift/ right = upshift 3. I'm pretty sure you can fit an m3 steering wheel. I think that could possibly change the shifting to how you wanted it. Left = DS/ right = US
