For a while now i've been playing with the idea of selling my car. Student loans are catching up and personal finance issues are not realistically allowing me to keep this car. After 2 years of financing, things have come up and i can't really handle the payments anymore. 2 year ago, i bought the car with 45k miles and it currently has 56k miles.

The car has always been serviced at BMW with records to show (except last oil change 3 months ago). I am the 2nd owner, after the original owner turned in their lease. There are 0 known mechanical issues with the car. It runs like a champ since i picked it up and hasn't given me any issues. All service records are available upon request. It has been lightly modded, most notably with no engine work besides a PROcede 2.5 with current firmware and maps. There has been minor coding done, mainly convenience items. car has never been abused, nor taken to redline. sure i've driven spiritedly a few occasions, but never anything crazy.

As of today, my payoff is $26,400 but will take the hit and sell for fair market price at $24,000.

Miles are a bit high, and I'm a bit hurt it doesn't have Nav or PDC otherwise I'd be all over it. I think I'm close to you, but not exactly in that ballpark. Let me think it over for a bit, then we can talk. In the meantime, PM me some pics to convince me? and HPFP / Turbos replaced and all recalls taken care of ?

yes, all recalls have been done and the car was looked over from front to back at a BMW dealership last year. there are no mechanical issues, as far as i know. regarding mileage, at 56k miles for a 2007 model, from 2007 - 2013 the driving average for this car is in the ballpark of 9400 per year, well below the 12k per year average.

to anyone else reading, i'm certainly open to negotiations, but know that im not in a rush to sell to unreasonable offers.
