Long shot... Swap Alloys??

I have 18" MV3's with Runflats... I've seen in the past people who do alot of day to day driving wanting to get rid of their 19"s in favour of some 18"s... Just looking to see if anyone on here was in that situation and wanted to swap. Like I said it's probably a long shot but if you don't ask you don't get.. Thanks, Olly
