I have a used UVS100 style sunshade from BMW for the E46. It's in good condition.

The part # for this sunshade is 82 11 1 470 411. According to that, it fits years 1999-2006. It was for my 2006 M3 and it fit my 2011 335is perfectly. Hope this helps.
