bolt pattern fitment

Hi, I was wondering if a BMW wheel will fit on a C-class Mercedes?
Bmw has 5x120 bolt pattern while C-class has 5x112 bolt pattern.
So will it actually fit? Because I'm selling some wheels which has a 5x120 bolt pattern.Thx.

You just answered your own question. The bolt pattern determines the space between the holes that the lugs/nuts go over. Since bolt patterns are different, you won't be able to put the wheels on the Benz.

Nope. Just because there's 5 bolts on both wheels don't mean that they are interchangeable. You can try it if you want, but you won't be able to bolt in all 5 bolts to secure the wheels. And even if they are interchangeable, I'm sure the offset is off.
