Brake booster leacking vacuum

After replacing the brake booster valve per

http://www.bmwtis.com/tsb/bulletins/...p/B340607g.htm

I still have a hard break padal on cold starts. Took it to the dealer and they
replaced the brake booster. I thought that should fix the problem for sure
but I still get the hard to push break pedal every once in a while. At least
a few times a week. Not sure what to do now except to live with the problem.
Maybe I got a crappy replacement valve? Any of you guys have the upgrade valve and still have the problem with the booster vacuum leaking? Any suggestions for me aside to suck it up and live with this

Thanks

Same situation I have. I thought my replacement was bad as well. I may just take it back to the dealer.

Yup same here. Done under warranty and it has come back again recently.

This must be a own issue. I would take it back to BMW and tell them what is going on.
