Funny that first photo of the rim in the car looked chrome to me

What tyres did you put back on the rims. Since you seem happy with the powder coat I was thinking of doing mine matte black, you know cause everyone needs 3 sets

Hi Guys,

Excuse the delay - I havent had much to update on.
So in the past couple weeks I ordered gloss black carbon fibre grilles, gloss black carbon fibre rear '335' badge. I am also looking in to changing the exhaust tips to go a little fatter and black then do something with the rear diffuser - Just havent quite put my finger on it yet.

Also, I have entered the 'tuned' world and had the JB4 installed by Stuart from BMR AutowerkesI was really impressed with the options the JB4 gives you from your steering wheel. The power has also been pretty good. I love changing the exhaust note to the 'louder option' then getting on the throttle - Bad timing though with the whole double demerits thing. I let the mrs drive home last night and by 'let' I mean - Id had abit to drink so she jumped at the idea. Poor thing gave it abit and got pulled over straight away but sure enough she was just told - You should really slow down sweety its double demerits and with my radar I could take your license off you. (dont know where she gets it from) Is it bad that I wanted him to give her a ticket - I never get off!!

Anyhow - BIG THANKYOU to Stuart. He is a gentleman and explains things very easy. Install took all of 15 minutes. I would recommend to anyone to speak to him if thinking of modding your BMW. He is quite open and honest and dosn't try put the hard sell on you.

1 thing though - I feel like the gearbox LAGS now between shifts. If I let it shift itself at MAX RPM its terrible. Does anyone else experience this and if so - Is there software for the box or something we can do about that? Help appreciated.

Oh and i cant wait to get the new LUX Angel eyes installed

What Tune are u running? I run COBB S1 sport and I had a little run with E92 M3 but i don't think he was trying... I got him on half a length, both had a chuckle when we pull up again together.

Mate taking nothing away from the M3. There a top car.
Just sharing my thoughts of impression.

BMJ: JB4 Tune.

BMWPWR: I would say steptronic? My understanding was only the M3's have the DCT gearbox? But then again.. Don't know a great deal about the BMW's at this stage.
