Catless DP installing today
Yep, and I finally bought a JB4 last night and will install as soon as I get it.
Thing is, my car is a frigging rocket already. The pulls continue to amaze me so I just can't imagine what the DP and then tune is going to do. Have intake, FMIC and CP so far. I was reading on the C63 forums last night and most of those guys have a lot of respect for the 335i and for good reason. I gotta find a track and really have some fun. Aside from good, solid connections is there any installation advice for JB4? Last edited by timothy2001; 03-27-2015 at 11:25 AM.. |

Just make sure your car is cool because the boost solenoid connector (the blue one) is in a spot which can be very very hot. Other than that enjoy your new rocket ship.

A common mistake I sometimes make when I'm installing my jb4 in a rush is I run the wire loom right over the strut bar next to the DME box, and then the cowl goes on with some pressure. So run that loom under it!

Enjoy your JB4 - I love mine! I agree with e36addict, add FF wires and some E85 in the tank.
