Hmm...I'm not sure how glossy plasti dip is going to work for that, it might look odd. It's worth a shot for sure...but it's probably best to vinyl it!

My concern is that the final texture/finish will not be the same.

I have 19s w +32 offset. 9.5 width. They sit pretty flush

so I ended up putting 10mm in the back and it looks like I could def go with 15, my fenders are rolled tho.. I might be upgrading..so if you want my 10mm let me know!

You can't do 15's even rolled with that spec wheel, that would give you an offset of et17!

I've found from experience that the E92 limit is about et22-23 with no rubbing when lowered on a 19x9.5 wheel.

I have et20's on now and it rubs like shit, even with 2 rolls and shaving the rear fenders. I used to have et21 and it rubbed over big bumps.

I'm swapping them out for some et33's with a 10mm spacer for an effective offset of et23.
