I've just bought a 08 e93. Had it serviced at an independent dealer who informed me that I had cracks in two of my wheels.(MV3 18's)
The thing is, all of my wheels like they've been re-furbed.
Will BMW still replace them if they meet the criteria or will they not even entertain the idea now they've been 'altered'?

Hi mate I had the same issues with my wheels and they should replace the alloy wheels regardless as its the design fault. BMW was on watch dog for this issues with the wheels & they had 1000's customer complaints so I'm sure they should replace them for ya.

Here is the link regarding the wheels cracking. Might be helpful to show them this if they start to argue.

They have had my alloys for over a week now and still no phone call. Drives me mad.

Hope fully they change it..

They lie a lot mate. And you what they said to me that all the people on forum don't know what they are talking about and that they lie.

So I asked him, am I lying and that i don't know what am talking about? Because am on a bmw forum lol. He didn't say anything after that.

I spoke to the manager today and he said he will change one.

After I told him that your customer service is very poor and also that my solicitor and going to be in touch and also trading standards.

He said he will give me a call. After a few hours got a call of him and he said that he will change one of the alloy
