The Q7 V12TDI has been clocked at less than 5s and covered the 100mph point in Mid 11s. It might not be exactly RS4 times but I think you get the point of my reference.
It a mighty quick car and too quick for anything other than hammering down Autobahns at break neck speed, basically everything the much cheaper 4.2TDI does equally as well.
The V12TDI is in my opinion only a marketing exercise to show the capabilities what Audi engineering can do. Though I think you will see this engine make it into cars better suited to it's size and power/torque deliver, cars like the Bentley and possible next Bugatti saloon if there ever will be one.
