So what does everyone do for a living..?

Well i work right now at my fathers restaurant in the city , im a prep cook ..Was gonna go to CIA ( Culinary Institute of America ) But changed my mind, now im want to become a state trooper or FBI Agent but that wont be for a while.. Now im goin back to College soo i can get my Criminal Justice degree.. You can doo soo many things but its soo damn hard to decide on what you want..B/c you never know what the pay is goin to be...

But what does everyone do for a living..? Or in college.?

i always wanted to be a DEA agent... but idk what happend

One of my best friends is going through the DEA selection process. He's about halfway through. I don't like the DEA considering how successful the war on drugs has been. But I still heart him.

I participated in both the NJ State Troopers process and FBI. Criminal Justice degree is not a critical requirement, especially for FBI. You need some skill they desire, not just a degree. NJ State Trooper is a very iffy process. I went through a few times but each time the class was cancelled. I finally moved on. I would suggest you go local first and then apply for state or federal.

Be in great physical shape and keep out of trouble. They will interview everyone, even people you do not list as references such as ex neighbors.

My friend's dream was to join the FBI. So he slogged through the lengthy process of getting a masters in Criminal Justice. He has 70k worth of school debt and works as a corrections officer at the moment. Back then I thought having a masters for the FBI would be good but in hindsight he says now that it was probably overkill.
