Wouldn't get a Kimber honestly. I have a Kimber Warrior - shot maybe 500 rounds through it, had it perfectly maintained and what not and it broke. Had it fixed by Kimber under warranty. In addition, the warranty is only 1 year or something and it blows. Mind you, I bought the Warrior completely brand new. Waited a long time for it so yeah... My springfields are much better by comparison.

San Jose/Milpitas. If you come out to coffee on Fridays, I'll be able to bring out the wheels, jacks and torque wrenches

More realistically though, if you're able to take some time off to come down here and you do pick up the wheels, I'll just toss you the spacers for your troubles

Yeah, a couple of my friends chose the XD and that's a very solid and easy gun to shoot. I just want another good alternative.

The XDm is pretty darn awesome. I was thinking more of the Springfield Operator for a better comparison vs. the Kimbers. Are you buying a home-protection gun or CC?

I currently use Springfield subcompact 9mm but going to the xds once my local retailer has them back in stock. After completing my pistol collection, going AR and shotgun. Hopefully can pick up a full-auto at some given point.

It honestly feels so much faster.
The feel is very similar to the DCT M3's I have been able to drive when in Sport Mode now.

Is it because the flash is out now and it seems to have remedied the trans hiccup? I thought about how tempting it is now that this flash has been released.
