If so what are you monthly payments? Also could someone help me out here is there really a big difference when you lease a car for 24 months and 36 months?

Depends on what the residuals are for 36 months... Usually 39 months is the way to go but again that depends on the current rate.. I am on a 24 month lease with my 328i it would of been about $20 less a month to go for a 36 month but I didnt want the car that long.

I though the money factor is actually lower on a shorter term lease. Shouldn't the monthly payment be about the same between 24 and 36 month lease?

I am on a 24. Payments were less than 36 or 39 since I put money down.

$595, 24 month lease, 12k a year, no money down

335xi sedan, sport, premium, ipod, heated seats, automatic, paddle shifters, comfort, window shades, it would have been less if i had extended to 36 months but wanted the shorter time flexibility
