Can you order Aero Kit on a European Delivery?

I was just curious. I guess the question is, how is a car shipped over if it gets the Aero Kit installed at the port? Does it come with no bumpers, or does it just come as usual and the "originals" are kept by BMW to be used to put on damaged cars? If it comes as normal, I would think that you could do a European Delivery with the normal bumpers, and then get the aero kit by the time you pick it up at the dealer in the U.S.? Anybody know?
