All,
I'm a pitcrew member for Bimmerworks (we run an e92 335) and we're entered in the Devil in the Dark @ NJMP.

The race starts at 12 noon on Saturday, April 30 with the checkered flag flying at 12 midnight (yes, 12 hour endurance race).

This will be our third 12 hour race with this car. We are definitely fast and hoping that our pit strategy helps us to at least a podium finish, possibly an outright win.

Drivers are Steve Snow, Ryan Dunn and Joe McCormick.
This video is from our first 12 hour race at Summit several year ago.

Yes, it's Ryan Dunn from Jackass, but unfortunately he isn't going to make it to the race. He's filming in LA on Sunday.

We have the results: We came in 3rd. A definitely improvement from last years 6th place.

There were three BMWs on the podium. Johnstone Racing ran away with the win. They were using a former Grand Am e46 M3 built by Bimmerworld. Extremely fast car! Second place was Bimmershop, last years winners who came down from Canada. They were running an e36 M3. We ended up being a lap down to second place for third in our 335i coupe.
Timing and scoring disappeared in the last two hours of the race, so we were really running blind for a while to know where we stood because it was a close race between second, third and fourth.

Hi guys, I'm crew leader and shop manager for Team Johnstone. I was looking for podium pics from DITD when I found this. This was our second enduro, our first was this past Winterfest. We finished 1st in division and third overall with an untested crew and car that was in boxes 30 days prior when I started w/ Team Johnstone. It was a pleasure competing with you guys. Y'all wouldn't have any podiums pic by any chance, would you? I'm trying to get some together for the boss. Thanks.

^^I can back that up since I helped assemble some of this car and put the vinyl wrap on that car. That was the second race the car has ever been in and it is amazing how well it has done. So to clear it up the car is not a previous bimmerworld grand am race car.

Thanks for clearing things up and the information.
I know we have some pics of the podium. I'll try to get them from the shop (unfortunately, they weren't taken with my camera).

You guys ran a great race! Congratulations again. It was nice to see an all BMW podium and to keep all the Miata's away

We were in pieces the day before qualifying too. We definitely have to take weight out of our car to be more competative (3,300 lbs currently).
