Yea, GregA said that it's called Interlagos internally but for whatever reason they decided to call it Montego.

Really? I would think they have to change it just a little just to avoid pissing off people who bought ///M cars in the "exclusive" Interlagos Blue. It looks like Interlagos has a tiny hint of purple vs Montego. Hard to compare unless you see them side by side in good light.

You know what, I totally botched up the names. It's not Interlagos, it's Ultramarine. Interlagos is a different color.

Ultramarine is the color they were going to release with the E90, and instead decided to save for the E92. Internally called Ultramarine, but renamed Montego. My bad.

Here's a link to GregA's post:

It's the color that was internally named Ultramarine Blue (Ultramarinblau). Montego Blue is a marketing name for that color.

In the interlagos blue pics I've seen it appears a darker blue than what Montego looks like in these pics. Interlagos seems more metallic and has more "depth".

Montego blue with Style 195 wheels. Interesting because type 195 wheels aren't listed in any E92 option sheet as being an available OEM wheel for the e92.

Nor are they listed as Factory option wheels for the E90

As fas as I know all E90 wheels should fit the E92. So dealers can swop out any wheels

Montego blue really does make it look amazing, especially with those 18" wheels.
