Near Stall/Rough Idle After Hard Braking

So, took the car out for a few runs and decided towards the end to do a hard stop. Well, after I came to a stop, the care had a rough idle and dipped below 500rpm, seemed like it wanted to stall and die, but didn't. After a few seconds, it came back to a smooth idle. I am running JB4 and thought it may have something to do with it, so I switched it off via wheel control. I brought the car up to about 30mph and did another hard brake, same result, rough idle/near stall.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?

Info: 2010 BMW 335xi N54, JB4, Custom DCI

Plugs have been changed within 10k miles
Fuel tank was 3/4 full
Both pumps show no sign of under pressure
