Cali drivers with ACN91 and COBB

hi all Ive been searching and searching to get my questions answered about COBB stages with 91 octane and couldnt really find any real answers. I want to get COBB AP next week probably and leave my car stock for the rest( maybe DCI) and I'm trying to see how much of a difference you get from stock to Acn91 map? I saw a few logs but i cant read them lol . and also how safe is it to be on sport map with acn91 and if there are amy bad sxperiences with it please share!! Thanks in advance!

On ACN fuels with the drive map you can probably expect a ~30whp/50wtq bump in power. If you start mixing in e85 you can start more agressive mapping. With e85 on sport you can expect ~10whp on top of that and aggressive is another ~10.

You can try running Sport with the ACN 91 but i haven't seen many(if any) datalogs that looked really good on anything than the Drive map.

VNeBLOB has a ton of experience with this exact situation and i'm sure he'll chime in and give you his finding.

This may help, ever since I touched E85 I haven't gone back to straight 91. I may just for winter and run OTS S1 Drive.

As AEnema said, ACN 91 just isn't enough to run S1 sport. However log and post so we can see. My issue was due to high IATs, inter cooler Air Temps. Which resulted in timing pulls. In winter we may be ok with the cool air.

Read this thread it will help you to understand how and to read logs. The timing corrections section were based upon my logs.

It sucks that the guy that wrote that DIY got banned, I've PM'd him a couple times on the other forum. He seems like a knowledgeable guy.

Yeah, he is. We went back and forth on the data logging, we even explored ATR for bit before I went pro tuned. He came back as cloud_connect and eventually e90post caught it and said nice try.. Haha removed him again.

If those are the results for base maps with Cobb on E85, you should see if you can get an e-tune. At 40-50% mix there is enough octane to support 400whp with no other mods.
