Look what I saw today in Scottsdale :)

It was sooooo HOT!!!!

The funny part is that it was used, 83 miles on it. Someone traded it in for a Lambo. It was only $180k, and the sales guy wouldn't even let me get inside. He said 'you drive it, you buy'.

Sorry for the crappy camera phone pics.

They are nice. I just happened to be on the autobahn when they were test driving it. I was doing about 110 mph and it passed me and disappeared. Also, saw one the other day while driving to Pittsburgh. Had temp tags so I'm guessing someone was happy.

Pretty nice, but I'd probably opt for the Lambo as well.

Dealer sounds like a jerk. My dealer (BMW/MB combo dealership) had a Mercedes SLR McLaren and let me in. No test drive though.

I have no idea why Audi dealers are being so arrogant? I remembered I was at the Porsche/Audi at Rockville Pike the other day, I saw the Cayenne opened the door and took a look. When I went to the back and try to open the trunk, they locked the car! Bunch of pricks/ jerks.

I always have good experiences with BMW/MB. The SA would actually approach to you. Unlike Audi, I thought I was transparent that day I walked in there.

Audi is bad. I am just surprised as well. I found Aston Martin of Tyson's corner to be the best dealer service ever.

That car is way too overpriced.. not like it's the V12 TDI... although there's some ridiculous multiple year long waiting list apparently..that's probably why its marked up so high

supply + demand = determines current market price.

however market price doesn't mean that's a good value.

I would take a v10 Gallardo anyday over this.

I have seen this car as one of my friends' classmate at GW has one.

It is nice, but not 180k nice.

R8 is some hot shit man, I saw my first one at McDonald's drive through. Those that cannot afford it seem to be the harshest critics.

Very nice car, but that is stupid how they won't let you sit in it. I understand they don't want lots of people touching it, but as far as they know you could be serious about buying it. I am sure if you are going to drop that kind of money you might want to drive it first since it is used.

One of these was parking behind the PNC Bank at M St. & Wisconsin Ave. NW in Georgetown yesterday. They are way smaller in person than they look in photographs (like the McLaren F1), but it's probably because photographers never focus on anything else except the car itself (so you lose perspective).

Hello, I'm new to this forum and found this thread interesting.
My brother said in Europe you could test drive just about anything for $2k Euro security deposit. You get it back afterwards...
But most salespersons here are jerks anyway. Where is this baby again? I might get "lucky"... being a girl and all... Or not..
Oh never mind! LOL
