Thanks for the info neuroclast, it was already enabled and no matter what i tried the VM wouldnt boot with VirtualBox. Downloaded the latest version of VMWare Workstation (trial version

) and it booted up absolutely fine.

first of all i want to thank you for this great VM.

nevertheless since my notebook is to old, i wanted to convert the vm back to a physical machine.

Everything is working great, but only Rheingold is asking for Licence. I

When i put in the licence, it is asking for an ISIS number, in which i put in 1. After validating it is coming up with an error message and the next start of Rheingold he is again asking for the key...

What can i do to get Rheingold working again.

click on it the copy the link (it a long link that starts with the word magnet: ) and use a bittorrent client to download it...

im not tryin to be an ahole but if ur having trouble beyond that, i recommend you pay a professional to do ur programming, coding can brick modules if you dont know what u are doing. and running and setting up VMs can be complicated, esp for a beginner. run at your own risk

or ask someone here to run a teamviewer session with u to help u code. im pretty sure theres a lot of guys that are willing to help. i can try to help in person for anyone in the LA- Long Beach- OC area.

got it. my mistake, i wasnt coping the whole link. got it going but looks like it will take a couple hours @ ~3.0 - 4.0MB/s.

Does IFH-server have to be running for the usb kdcan cable to work with inpa? Oh and can i run the usb ports as usb 3.0 instead of usb 2.0? I believe my laptop supports it. But idk if the cable is usb 2.0 specific

Help please!

Im getting this error when i try to load inpa. I have a excoup kdcan cable that says its inpa compatible and for the E90. I have set to com port 1, latency 1ms. The LED on the cable turns on. Am i suppose to load anything prior to opening inpa. The ifh server? Does the emulator need to be running at the same time? Ista wont pick up the car either.
Im pretty sure im just missing something in the settings

Do i need to copy and paste the extracted E89 sp-daten rar files somewhere prior to loading inpa?

i'm still seeding.

needed a little help. i downloaded 7z and unzipped the codingV3 file but when i try to open the VB or VM file it tells me that the format is not supported. do i have to have the previous version to be able to use this? also, im having to put all of this on an external drive due to the size but i don't see how that would cause any issues.

I would upgrade your internal drive. Unless it's usb 3.0 or higher it's going to be slow. Also if the latest version doesn't work which it should you can download the older version of virtualbox that matches what they built it on.

If the files are unzipped, can this be ran off an external hard drive? My surface pro3 only has 256gb hdd, and its quite packed.

You'll also have to run a usb hub if you plan on running it on the hdd. SP3 only has one usb
