19OEM or 18OEM???

I am planning on gettin a 335i in the US. I was browsing through some pictures and the 19s offered here dont look all that great in the pictures. What do you guys think? Which looks better? 18s or 19s?

Are you planning on changing the wheels anyway? Get the 18's and use the money you would have put towards upgrading to the 19's and get the ones you really want aftermarket.

I dont really like to change anything after buying it. So, which do you think looks better and what are the tire sizes in each of them?

Well, then which one appeals to you more? What kind of roads will you be driving on? What kind of driving style do you do? When you have to replace your tires, will you feel the anxiety of opening your wallet for pricier 19" options?

Do you mean the style 230s?

Those look great in person.

I would prefer getting the ones with greater handling but I dont really want to get those which spoil the look of the car.

Honestly, you wont lose much handling with the 18's. Plus you wont have to worry about driving more cautiously over bumps and potholes. Go with the design of wheel that makes you "swoon" when you go out to look at your car.

i am not sure how the 19s look. I have never seen them in person. Did you see them? How do they look when compared to the 18s? I have seen the 18s and I think they look pretty good.

Honestly, I havent seen the 19's you are referring to. If you could post a pic of both on here for us to see and compare that would help. Me, I honestly liked the look of the 18's that came on the car (style 162). But I recently upgraded to 19's and non RFT tires.

The first one is with 19s and the second is with 18s.

Ahh, didnt realize you were talking coupe. Im honestly not a fan of the 18s on the coupe. I like the 19's better. But its your car in the end and you have to be happy with your choice.

FWIW, try to find a dealership that has cars with both wheels available for a test drive. Then you can see if theres any difference in ride quality. That might change your mind away from looks.
