Upgraded brake lines

Are these worth it?

Does anyone have these that can offer some feedback? Thanks.

Unless you track your car you won't feel a difference. Even then it's minimal.

Most of the stock brake lines are already steel, except for the four little ends that connect to the calipers and two mid-lines in the rear. Those rubber pieces stretch under braking, not very noticeable on the street as noted but is under harder braking (e.g. on track). Upgrading to SS lines will make the brakes feel more direct/consistent.

I have these: http://store.vacmotorsports.com/good...-m3-p2860.aspx
(Note there are six total lines; the four in the rear are a PITA so I suggest having a competent shop do it).

Personally I upgrade to SS brake lines on all my cars, regardless whether they are just street driven or not. I dislike any degree of mushiness/vagueness in brake pedal feel.

I installed the ECS SS lines on my 09' - had to remove my calipers for powder coating anyway, so I figured what the hell...

No, I don't notice any difference on the street & I don't track my car
