After Pothole symptoms
Hit a rough one a few weeks ago, got a bent rim, had it repaired but now feel a slight pulsating wobble in the steering wheel when turning steering slightly. What else do you think is damaged? The tire is now showing a slight bubble but I don't think this is the cause. Afraid to haveing it checked out

Get her on a lift and take a look at the front end components. Make sure everything is straight. Take a close look at the strut too.
You may have just knocked a couple wheel weights off the rim too, leaving it a bit out of balance. Start with that one. I agree, it's unlikely the wheel bubble. |

Only good news is that it passed state inspection while the rim was repaired at the dealership... so I don't think its the wheel balance as its a smooth ride on all speeds. It was a very loud bang hitting the hole/bump with 18 inch 162's and low profile khumo tires.
