Just had another service on my car by Steve

Hi guys, just had another service on my car by Steve. For those who don't know him, I had discovered him from an ad he had placed about 2 years ago to part time on the side(he contracts at a BMW dealership) and got to use his services soon after when my car locked me out with the key in the ignition and the BMW dealerships workshops were closed for the weekend

. He was very helpful and went out of his way to get me back on my way and have used his services quite a few times after! I know quite a few here too have used his services since. He is presently busy setting up his own BMW & Mini specialist workshop so should come in handy for us here looking to get their cars serviced with someone who knows his job well and at a reasonable price.

My service this time( he currently services the cars at his friends workshop) included quite a few things including an oil change, front rotors and brake pad replacement, an oil filter seal, new super bright headlamp light bulbs, replacing of a plastic trim piece on the passenger door that had the vinyl like thing coming off and he even got me the BMW sticker for the car key fob, that had fallen off. I am as always pleasantly happy with his service and amazing prices v/s going to a dealership. He is also fine with you getting parts for him to install but this time I just went with him ordering them for me. Would highly recommend him!

Not sure individually since had the rotors and pads replaced, PM"ed you the price was charged for both.

Thanks. I am new to this forum.

I was trying to find out what I need to do for oil leak and white smoke. I had my car "fixed" by someone not specialist in bmw, and the problems start getting worse. Do you have any idea what I should do and how soon I should get them repaired / replaced?
