alignment question
hey guys my car is lowered on H&R sport spring and koni yellow shocks. I went to a shop and they said i needed 150 pound weight on driver and passenger and 31 pounds in the trunk to get an alignment.. is this true?

Yes, according to the BMW alignment specs, the cars must be weighted down. Do they not have weights and sand bags for this purpose? If not, find a better shop. Is it perfectly OK to do without it, but you may not get the results you want.
For a street and/or track car that you drive by yourself all the time alone, you can simply align with driver weight in the seat and a full tank. For race cars, I align and corner balance with driver weight and at least 75% fuel load.
