What a stunning day here - unbroken sunshine, warm enough to sit outside and generally lovely.

Did a 4ish mile cliff run (Porthtowan to nr St Agnes for any that know Cornwall), watched the waves and enjoyed the weather.

It's not all snow and ice!

I also had a little run today with DSC off and a snowy car park at work. Managed multiple donuts in 1 this time

- Lots of snow

Anyway, as you are our resident Mr Motivator i'm looking for some new running shoes. I'm a neutral footed slight over pronator. I'm thinking Asics 1150/1160. What's right for me?

If Asics fit you then yes, they will be ideal. But its fit first, brand second. Kayano 16s for road for my slightly flat feet. Salomon Speed Cross 2 lightish off road, Inov8 Mudclaw for hardcore off road. Well for me anyway!

We busted up 'cos she was about to turn 30 and I ummed-and-ahhed about getting married too long (Sunny was mainland Chinese and therefore genetically programmed to self destruct if not married by 30).

So she dumped me and got married to some chump she'd only known for 5 weeks.

Thanks mate, think i will give the 1160's a try. Tried a few others and they felt like shackles.

I'm still a bit cut up about Sunny, not just because of the constant, non-stop sex. And it really was non stop; once she was on the phone to her dad who was chewing her out for losing a passbook with $50,000 in it so she gave me a BJ during gaps in her conversation when her dad was talking. Last time I talked to Sunny she was preggo. I haven't heard from her for years now, but I looked her up on Linkedin a while back (no, you can't look Sunny Sun up on Linkedin 'cos she's using her Chinese given name, not Sunny) and she had moved to Sydney, which is kinda ironic as I'm also from Sydney.

I'm normally pretty discrete, but I accidently misfiled a picture of Sunny naked and covered in spoo in my general China pics folder. I found out I'd mis-filed it when I was showing the now Mrs 'Shang some China photos from before I met her.

Well, that's probably too much information, but I hope it has in some way contributed to this Sunny thread.
