Any dealership issues with a tune using Sandia BMW? I did notice my car had some codes thrown but then the tune wiped them out so I will have to watch for them. Car is out of warranty in June and then I'm free to tune as I please

I don't ever really take my car in unless something really messes up. I'd just hide the USB cable really or remove the whole thing.. only takes a few minutes. I leave my engine cowling off for easy access to the ECU

That's funny, i actually noticed how swirl-free it was and was jealous haha. I need to do some compounding on mine.. I use to paint cars ~5 years ago so i have all the stuff, i'm just lazy.

Plus someone hit my bumper this weekened looks like i'll be needing to paint a new bumper too.

And of course, they didn't leave a note or anything.

That sucks! That would piss me off. I got hit by an old man backing out of a spot in the costco parking lot and then his wife tried to blame it on me. HEHE. Luckily insurance didn't side with them. I do have a very good paint and body guy in case you don't want to do the work yourself. I can PM you his info if you want it.

Thinking af selling my wheels with or without tires. They are pretty sick, just not the syle I usually buy. I may keep them as they are growing on me. But, if someone is interested, I would sell them to pick up something else.

Good to meet some of yall today.

And yes I leave the cowl off all the time. Took it off last year since I'm always having to mess with the tuning on the car. It greatly improved cooling as well and the noise is nice. As far as the cabin air filter, I just bolted them back up to the car with the 4 screws. The filters are still there and will filter out whatever comes into the car, just doesn't have that bottom funnel piece. Your AC won't work as well though If you want I can send you a picture.

Crazy. Got a call while at the meet and ran home to meet a guy and sell my wheels. Back to wheel shopping.

Yeah I can see a nice spoke wheel working well on your car. A little better than a mesh for some reason.
