iDrive CIC controller replacement

Will an idrive CIC controller with a different part no. (older part number? part number is lower than the one in my car) off a salvaged vehicle work on my car with a the CIC idrive already? (Mine needs to be replaced due to unrepairable problems)

I-drive controller will work with your car, even if his part no. is diffrent when you compare it with your old/broken one. It is working plug and play.

Even if you have e.g. CCC and you want new I-Drive from CIC it will work as well.
You don't need to do any coding.
