Not bad, I'm a big fan of that shifter.
I have the same shifter on my Subaru, the metal on top tends to get a little dirty, and my Momo decal in the center came off, had to re attach, but it's a great shifter.

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273948 I specifically installed it for "spirited" shifting because the OEM knob is not so great in this area. I tested it a bit and so far things look great, way better than the OEM, the 2-3-4-5-6 sequence. 1-2 is the same as OEM.

I (luckily) found one at a local shop, but you can find plenty on eBay or other online stores. Just search for "Momo Race Airleather".

Looks fresh. Get an ///M decal for it!

Not to be a dick but the shifter looks weird. May be it the way it sits on the bar? Kinda not straight. Looks kinda bended or something. May be its just the pics but in all three of them it looks off. Shifter itself looks great and matches the interior nicely.

The shifter may look off because the BMW SSK lever places the neutral to the right...not centered like the OEM lever.
