Good question??? :mad: I've sent 2 PM's to Jason, informing him of the situation with Carlos and Trendix, and respectfully requesting that he remove Trendix as a sponsor for E90Post.com. I mean, it's quite obvious by now that Carlos took off with everyone's money...that rat-bastard thief!!! :mad:

For me personally, I'm not concerned since AMEX already credited me the $325 and they're investigating the transaction, but I do feel very sorry for all the ppl who paid via PayPal and Check...their money they sent Trendix could be gone forever. I also think that the Admins for this very Forum, although they're not responsible for what's happened, they should be respectful and rightfully remove Trendix as a sponsor for E90Post.com.

All of their threads were locked and their banner was removed 2-3 days ago. I'm not sure why their banner is still displaying (it doesn't for me), but will look into it. Please PM me if you continue to see it being displayed.

Everybody should also do the following:

- Contact the Santa Ana Police Department: (714) 245-8665

- Fill out a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) consumer complaint form: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.s..._ORG_CODE=PU01

- Fill out a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) internet crime complaint form: http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/

Don't wait and think somebody else will do it. Anybody that has bad transaction with Trendix should report it. The more complaints the authorities get, the more likely the authorities will take quick action against Trendix.

*UPDATE*

I have just received through my email a response by the FTC complaint board, and they said they have already received my complaint and has fowarded it to the Attorney's Office in California and other local athorities and they will be looking into the case and press charges if found.

Heres something they said:
"By law, a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within 30 days after receiving it. If the company is unable to ship on time, the company must give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling your order and receiving a prompt refund."

i was trying to explain the whole situation to him and he just kept on telling me to "just get the point, what is the PROBLEM??" in a very unrespectful tone, and once i said "online fraud" he already cut me off and gave me some fu*king useless bullsh*t website that doesn't work and hung up on me...

I am in a screwed position.

I took over nyc3r's spot on the GB and paid him through PayPal (funded with a bank account). In turn nyc3r informed Trendixx that I took over his spot and provided my shipping and contact info.

nyc3r didn't knowingly cheat me, so I don't know if I have any legal recourse against Trendixx. Looks like I am SOL on the $265
