Anybody using Learner License here ?

Coz im still under Learner License , and i do have overseas full license. My friend just warn me, im not allow to use overseas license anymore because i am under Permanent Residence. is this true?
And what happen if i got pull over?

that is correct. what you need to do since you already have L's is to take the driving test asap to convert your overseas license.

i did the same. i had a full overseas license that i converted over here just by taking a driving test. it's so easy over here because i get to do the test in an automatic, which was not possible where i come from.

i mean you can still get away with it... as long as you don't get into a major accident which will involve police investigation. coz then all your records would be pulled up and you'd be identified as an L-plater, not an overseas driver

That's what I was thinking... After speaking to numerous insurance companies very recently (about myown insurance), I think your insurane would be completely invalid if there were to be a claim made...
