Item Interest

Looking to sell my "recently accquired" 2010 E90 LCI 335i.

Long story short - took delivery of it on March 31st, 2010 with 8 miles on the odometer. (So it's just under 2 months old as of today - May 26)

priority changes - I MADE A HUGE MISTATKE and I need to get myself away from the monthly payment.

~As of June 1, 2010, there is 2225 miles on the odometer~

Cold Weather Package (w/ heated steering wheel)

Nice ride. That s#*ks that you have to get rid of her so soon. Too bad BMW doesn't have a "grace" period like Hyudai for customers who run into unexpected financial situations.

nice ride, sorry about your buyers remorse, hell for $45k you might be able to sell it to Carmax or even back to the dealer since it's still so new.

I agree with him ^. Believe it or not, CarMax usually makes pretty reasonable offers.

There is no Carmax in boston. I know that I sold a newish car back to the dealer in Boston back when I had my Volvo and it worked out well. Try the guys in Peabody and see what they think. Nice ride.

Dark Burl Walnut wood.
If the buyer doesn't like this interior trim, for minor concerns like this, I am sure I can work out something with the buyer and I will pay to get the interior trim replaced with some other types (e.g. alum).

I always hear about Carmax but unfortunately they are not in the Northeast. I actually got the car from Peabody; I am sure they will laugh at me if I return there in 2 months and try to sell it back.

Depends who you talk to. I usually talked to Rick who's a manager and he's always been a professional. The next time I went in I got shoved with someone with an accent who laughed at me for being from Maine and over-quoted me. Needless to say I voted with my feet. Just a thought. If not Peabody try elsewhere, just not Herbies.

Your price is in the ball park for a new one. Build the exact car on carsdirect.com: MSRP: 51,400, Carsdirect price: 45,730. Of course, whether of not you actually could get a new 2010 at this point is debatable - they are ordering 11's now, but still...

Is this a lease? If you have an attractive payment, getting someone to assume your lease could be the way to go.

+1 RICK is the only person I would talk to over at bmw of Peabody.(do not go to centennial drive) He is very professional.

It was funny how no one even walked outside to ask me if I was interested in looking at a car when I pulled up in the old 89 325ix.
