Mainly 225m 19"
Some 230's
Occasionally 18's

I personally wouldnt buy a car with the 225m. Just a question of when they crack, not if.

That's a real shame, because I really like those wheels. But I assume that (a) they're not cheap to replace, (b) there's a shortage of replacements, and (c) that it's a major hassle at best getting BMW to cover the cost?

Not to worry, the 18 inch 'star spoke' M Sport wheels I have on my current car are pretty nice too. I'll look for a coupe with those. Should make the ride less crashy too.

Speaking of which, is there any difference in ride or handling between an M Sport saloon and an M Sport coupe?

Pretty much right on the wheels.

E90 v e92 on sports suspension, i can only speak from comparing 330d to 335i, but i noticed less weight over the front, better steering (dunno why) and the ride on 19"'s is no different to the ride on 18"s imho. Only on private runways at 100+ deos the e92 feel more planted (and that could be my imagination)
