Chinese Valve Gasket Cover Bolts

So I ordered a set of genuine OEM valve gasket cover bolts from a seller from ebay (I have bought a lot of stuff from him with no problem) and I received a bag with bolts that says "made in china" correct me if I wrong but I don't think genuine oem should come from China, they are also kind of black instead of silver color. Should I ask for a refund??

I'll try to uplad and image later I'm at work right now

Thanks

Why would you replace the valve cover bolts? They are steel and not under any significant stress when torqued to spec.

Yes, this seller says Brand: BMW, but I would get another kit I'm not putting that on my car

This is the link of the seller, i had ordered some stuff from him and no problems until today

Ok. I didn't realize which engine was being discussed. I have the N54 engine which definitely has the steel bolts.
