I have H&R sport/Koni yellows. Im still kicking around the idea of doing it myself. What setup are you on now? I personally think coils are over kill for the street but thats my opinion. Thats why I ordered the springs/shocks.

I'm back on my stock suspension, its killing me seeing it so high. Yeah I hear you but when I had my coils I had it at the perfect height and it rode amazing. If you don't do it yourself pm me before taking your car some where.

I wish I saw other people rollin. I never see anybody. Then, when I'm in a friends rental chevy aveo, people come out of the woodwork. I was in a loaner 328 when I first saw the new 5.0. I was pissed! And they always wanna play! Whenever I see a clean bimmer I just wave anyway incase its somebody on the board. They never really wave back. We really need a meet and greet.

Haven't figured that out yet. I may do it on base if there are no do it yourself garages. I can't find any on google. We could do it in my garage by my tool set is limited compared to a full blown garage (like I'm used to). I like having all the emergency tools (tap and die, torches, heavy duty lifts, etc.) Not to mention the wall mounted spring compressors are way better than the cheapo rent ones.

I just asked someone about the garage here on base and they said it sucks balls. They said the only good thing is the wall mounted spring compressor lol. Sounds like it will be my garage.

I did mine in base the first time I did my suspension, I had trouble using the wall mounted spring compressor because it wouldn't compress my race springs enough to put the hat back on... might wanna borrow the old skool spring comprssors from autozone just incase..

yeah thats what everyone says. I'm gonna call my homeboy tomorrow and see what he says. He has a pretty big garage and every tool you can think of. I just dont want to deal with a crappy spring compressor and weak jackstands.
