I did it. Used a tooth brush, 5 cans of carb cleaner, 3 metal picks(straight, 45 degree, and 90 degree,) flathead screwdriver, a roll of paper towels, and like 5 hours. Most important bit of advice I would give when cleaning your valves is to scrape then use the carb cleaner to blow out all the loose pieces. Do this repeatedly until reaching your desired level of clean.

Like a dummy I was in such a rush to get my manifold back on, and my back was killing me, I forgot. I can say that my valves are now a nice copper color, and the walls around the valves are no longer black. Havent driven the care yet, but Im hoping to feel a slight improvement.
