downpipes catless or catted whp difference?
hey guys anyone know what the difference in power i would be getting by going catless over catted? and if i keep my stock exhaust will there be a smell of gas if i go catless downpipes? please let me know ofcourse dynos would be the best but probably nothing comparing that out there thanks guys!

I think people might be encouraging you to SEARCH as its been covered many times. I would say catted will give you 50% of the gain of catted pipes.

We just did some back to back runs on a B5 S4 - setup uses same cats - and we lost 7whp and zero torque with the HFCs. Not the same car, but will give you an idea.

oh haha thanks sorry i misread that my last question is i have the jb3 if instal catted downpipes and intake can i still run higher maps or are those designed for catless downpipes?
